For the last 5 years I have struggled with an anxiety disorder, social phobia & depression. I have seen numerous doctors, psychiatrists and been prescribed different medications. Although the medications have helped my disorders, my symptoms always came back when I stopped taking the drugs and there were many negative side effects.

She made me feel comfortable and I felt relief after my very first treatment! I’ve now been seeing Kristianne for about 4 months, and I progressively feel better after each session with her. I no longer wake up feeling anxious or nervous about my day, I am more social, I stay calm at work, my relationships have improved and I am a happier person naturally.

I recently relocated from Philadelphia to Minneapolis and was nervous about finding an acupuncturist that was knowledgable of the rare pain syndrome I was diagnosed with a few years ago from a soccer injury. I was regularly seeing an acupuncturist in the Philadelphia area and I was finally starting to feel relief from my knee injury so you can imagine my concern when I was relocated for my job.

Upon arriving to the Twin Cities, I immediately started researching acupuncturists and came across Kristianne's website. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that she too had the same condition, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, that I had in the same leg. I immediately reached out to her and instantly knew I needed to set up an appointment. After meeting with Kristianne, I knew she was the perfect person to help me heal. She has such a unique and genuine approach and your instantly comforted by her warm and welcoming personality.

Before coming to Kristianne, I was always reluctant about having needles inserted into my injured leg/knee, however, I trust Kristianne 100 percent with my care and well-being because of her gentle approach. Since receiving treatments, my pain is now regulated and tolerable and I attribute this to my regular acupuncture sessions. I'm so glad I found Kristianne ... I not only have a great acupuncturist but I also have a friend that understands exactly what I'm going through on a daily basis.

I first called Kristianne when I was 14 weeks pregnant. Having gone through previous losses due to condition that causes blood clots, I was very anxious about making it through a pregnancy successfully. I knew I needed to try something different and had heard from friends the difference acupuncture can make. Since acupuncture is treating a person holistically, it blends treating the physical and emotional pieces. I was a bit skeptical, but Kristianne is such a warm and caring person that she put my mind at ease. And I noticed a difference immediately. I started sleeping through the night and started functioning better during the day. I saw Kristianne weekly through the pregnancy and even in my third trimester I was sleeping through the night. I had very little pain during the pregnancy and actually enjoyed being pregnant with a lot less anxiety. I felt like I could have been pregnant for another month. One of the most amazing things was that I had no swelling during the entire pregnancy. Even the nurses in the delivery room commented on amazed they were to be able to see my ankle bones.

Throughout the pregnancy, I was monitored for clotting issues or deficiencies in the placenta due to the medications I was on. There were never any concerns of how my little one was growing or developing. Each weekly Bio-physical profile showed an active little boy growing, moving, and developing normally. Through Kristianne’s help, I was able to go into labor naturally and have a full term, healthy little boy. The pregnancy was actually enjoyable instead of the worried filled one I anticipated. Now, my husband and I are blessed with a beautiful, happy one year old.

Kristianne helped heal my tennis elbow through acupuncture. This was after 12 physical therapy sessions that produced some result but never totally took the pain away.  After accupuncture I could once again shake hands, lift things and give my kids a hug.
 
Kristianne is a very warm, caring and engaging person. She sincerely cares about me and followed up after each of my early visits.  I must admit that I was skeptical but since nothing else was working, I tried accupuncture.  In the future, I would go to Kristianne first.

My husband and I had been dealing with unexplained infertility for about a year before I contacted Kristianne. I had a miscarriage early on and already had done 5 months of fertility drugs. While they did what they were supposed to do, I was still not pregnant and felt increasingly worse from the hormones.

Our infertility therapist suggested we stop the drugs and try a more holistic approach. After discussing our history with Kristianne, she seemed confident that acupuncture and herbal therapies could not only help me feel better but could get my body back on track. I saw her weekly and followed the instructions for the herbs. I started to feel myself heal from the inside out! Because I had also been charting my temperatures for a year, I started to notice a positive difference in the pattern. I didn't feel as sad and had decreased aches and pains.

I had promised Kristianne that I'd go 3 months on her treatments before I had an appointment with a well known infertility clinic. At the end of the 3rd month, my husband and I were shocked to find that I was pregnant and I happily canceled my upcoming appointment with the infertility clinic! I continued on with Kristianne through my first trimester and felt the acupuncture helped with my horrific morning sickness. My husband and I now have a happy, healthy 5 month old little girl. All thanks to Kristianne!
